Where Healing Meets Mastery
Head and Heart Collective supports therapists in cultivating trauma-attuned, somatic, and EMDR-informed mastery—integrating attachment repair, ego state work, and non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Our approach weaves together subconscious exploration, embodiment, and nervous system integration to help therapists heal themselves as they expand their capacity to hold space with greater clarity, compassion, and coherence.
Our mission & Vision
At Head and Heart Collective, we believe that healing begins within the healer.
Our mission is to restore balance between presence and practice — helping therapists transform their inner work into embodied leadership, integrity, and mastery.
We envision a field where therapy is not only a profession but a living practice of consciousness — where clinicians are resourced, reflective, and deeply attuned to both their clients and themselves.
Through trauma-attuned, somatic, and EMDR-informed training that integrates attachment and ego state work, we help conscious therapists expand their capacity to hold space with clarity, stability, and self-compassion.
When the healer is whole, therapy becomes alchemy.
The Head and Heart Approach
A path of embodied integration for healers.
The Head and heart Approach is the foundation of all Head and Heart Collective offerings — a living framework that restores connection between presence and practice, inner awareness and outer mastery.
Rooted in somatic therapy, attachment repair, ego state work, EMDR, non-ordinary states of consciousness and a sprinkle of yogic wisdom, this approach guides therapists through their own arc of healing — so they can embody the integration they offer to others.
It’s not just a model for client work; it’s a pathway for the therapist’s evolution.

Meet Our Founder
“I believe the healer’s evolution is the most essential intervention.” - Rachel Pires
I’m Rachel Pires, LCSW, a therapist, coach, and somatic practitioner dedicated to helping therapists and leaders cultivate mastery, presence, and resilience. Over the course of my journey, I’ve discovered that healers heal best when they themselves are seen, held, and integrated.
My work blends trauma-attuned therapy, EMDR, somatic, attachment repair, ego state work practices with experiential approaches — from breathwork and sound healing to non-ordinary state exploration. This integrative path allows therapists to embody their practice, transform their own blocks, and expand their capacity to hold space for others.
I created Head and Heart Collective to provide a container where therapists can heal themselves while deepening their presence and professional mastery.
Through emmersive trainings, consultation and mentorship, we support therapists in turning insight into embodied mastery, creating ripples of transformation for their clients, communities, and themselves.
